Bear mountain

We went to bear mountain today, it was a easy hike, ok, every hike is easy hike for me, I just sit in shade and Fan will follow me around with water and snack, and I take naps when I am tired of the view, hike is easiest thing in the world!

Fan had hard time though, she hasn’t done anything like this for a long time, unlike Richard and I, we just bang it out like a piece of cake! Richard and Fan really likes hiking, they would go on backpacking trips before I was born, now they stuck with me, so they try to get me to like it too. So far, I kinda like it. All the trees,the fresh air, people around, everybody thinks I am cute on the trail and they are amazed by me when we pass each other on the trail. And i get to see a lot of woof woofs, so many of them.

Richard used to hike here a lot, apparently you can drive up here too, by the time we hiked all the way to the top, there are already a lot of people and cars around. That is cheating! how could you get to enjoy the view without suffering first! I worked so hard that i had to take a nap! You cheaters!

That is the Hudson river at the back, there are so many lakes around here too, here and in Harriman. It is hard to believe sometimes, being not too far from NYC can have such amazing nature views. Richard said there are some place around here you can see fireworks as well, maybe we will try in a couple of years. I am so lucky that I am so close to all these.

Surrounding bear mountain, you can see family parties all over, BBQs, picnics, music and other little monsters! There is a big meadow and a lot of families just sitting around, some are playing soccer. It is quite nice because I can run around without worrying that I will face plant! Lawn is nicer and softer than concrete!

Fan wants to play chase with me, I love the game, I run to her and she gives me big hug and kisses.

Richrad knows the area so well, he took us to BBQ and ice cream after! It was some delicious yummy yummy! I tried all the food we got, some of them i like, others, i just throw them on the floor.

I love Ice cream too! But there were two ladies in the ice cream shop and they love me! They flirted with me, how dare them, I am so innocent. They also said I look like Fan, oops, Richard wasn't happy to hear that! But guess what! I touched a meow meow at the ice cream shop, she is so soft, Richard didn't let me pull her ear, I wonder what would happen if i do! I hear a voice in my head that I should try that next time, she wouldn't bite me, would she?
